As a Preschool Assistant Center Director at The Learning Experience, You Will: Lead by example, displaying passion for making a positive impact on the lives of children and employees. Ensure that the physical center environment adheres to health and safety standard operating procedures, maintaining full compliance with local and state licensing regulations. Build and maintain a highly qualified staff by actively sourcing, training, coaching, and engaging with current and prospective employees. Guide our teachers in implementing our proprietary curriculum, leveraging your passion for learning. Manage accounts receivable and payable, generate monthly P&L reports, and oversee employee payroll. Apply Now If You: Have two or more years of center leadership/management experience (highly preferred) or at least one year of center leadership/management experience (required). Possess the state-specific Administrative or Director credential, as well as any other state-specific guidelines for the role. Hold a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field (highly preferred). Demonstrate strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
