About the Position The Billing Specialist supports the Senior Billing Manager in ensuring accurate and timely billing processes for multiple locations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about supporting families and team members through excellent customer service and financial accuracy. Requirements Required Education and Experience High school diploma or GED 1–2 years of billing experience Familiarity with basic industry terminology Strong phone communication skills Preferred Education and Experience Associate degree preferred Experience with ProCare Billing Systems Experience with multi-location billing
