As a Preschool Curriculum Coordinator at The Learning Experience, You Will: Lead by example, displaying passion for making a positive impact on the lives of children and employees. Create an environment of trust, rapport, and inclusivity, easily connecting with diverse groups of people. Ensure lesson plans align with state early childhood learning standards and licensing requirements implementing our proprietary curriculum. Collaborate with teachers to create engaging weekly and monthly classroom activities Observe classrooms regularly and provide coaching, mentoring, and instructional support Monitor curriculum effectiveness and child developmental progress Organize and lead teacher trainings, workshops, and professional development sessions Maintain curriculum materials, educational resources, and classroom supplies Support classroom management strategies and positive behavior guidance practices Communicate with parents regarding curriculum goals, child development, and school readiness Assist with accreditation preparation and compliance documentation as needed Stay current on best practices in early childhood education and curriculum development Build and maintain a highly qualified staff by actively sourcing, training, coaching, and engaging with current and prospective employees. Apply Now If You: Have two or more years of center leadership/management experience (highly preferred) or at least one year of center leadership/management experience (required). Possess the state-specific Administrative or Director credential, as well as any other state-specific guidelines for the role. Hold a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field (highly preferred). Demonstrate strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
