What You'll Do The Preschool Director oversees the daily operations of an early childhood education center, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and high-quality learning environment. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to supporting children, families, and staff. Your Responsibilities Will Include: *  Manage day-to-day preschool operations, including scheduling, staffing, and program planning * Supervise, train, and evaluate teaching staff to ensure high-quality instruction and care * Ensure compliance with all state licensing regulations and health safety standards * Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum aligned with early learning guidelines.
