What You’ll Do Provide classroom support across all age groups, from infants to preschool Assist lead teachers with daily routines, activities, and supervision Create a warm, safe, and engaging environment for every child Support learning and play experiences aligned with TLE’s award-winning L.E.A.P. Curriculum® Help maintain a clean, organized, and joyful center environment Communicate positively with staff and families to ensure consistency and care Tennessee Requirement Must have credentials documented in TNPAL (Tennessee Professional Archive of Learning) and meet Tennessee childcare training standards. Infant/Toddler Certification or related coursework is a plus.
