POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Lead Teacher to join our team. The Lead Teacher will oversee classroom instruction, create engaging lesson plans, and foster a safe, inclusive environment where children can thrive. This is a great opportunity for educators who want to advance their careers in early childhood education while working in a professional, supportive setting.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education/Child Development, OR CDA, TCC, or TCD credential.
  • 1–2 years of teaching experience in a licensed early education program.
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Ability to pass a background check and lift up to 35 lbs.

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
