JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. This role involves developing and implementing engaging curriculum, promoting social and emotional development, and ensuring the overall well-being of each child in the classroom.

SKILLS

  • Strong background in curriculum development tailored for early childhood education.
  • Experience working with children in various settings including daycare, private schools, or preschool environments.
  • Knowledge of childhood development principles and effective teaching strategies.
  • Proficient in lesson planning, classroom management, and behavior management techniques.
  • Ability to provide literacy education, math instruction, and physical education activities.
  • Familiarity with standardized testing practices for early learners.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Experience with Montessori methods or other educational philosophies is a plus.
