As enrollment continues to increase, we are looking for a serious early childhood professional who understands that the preschool years are foundational for kindergarten readiness, independence, and long-term academic success. This is not a babysitting role. This is a leadership position within a structured early learning environment. We are seeking someone who understands daycare operations, values routine and classroom management, and thrives under clear expectations and strong leadership. Qualifications (One of the Following Required) CDA (Preschool) Currently enrolled in an Early Childhood Education program Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education Prior experience working in a licensed daycare setting is strongly preferred.
