This role is ideal for an educator who enjoys leading a classroom team while creating engaging and meaningful learning experiences. Key Responsibilities Lead daily preschool classroom instruction and activities Support early literacy, math readiness, and social-emotional development Create a structured and engaging classroom environment Guide assistant teachers and maintain classroom consistency Communicate regularly with families regarding classroom progress Ensure compliance with New York State and NYC childcare licensing requirements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field required Prior preschool classroom leadership experience preferred Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practice Must meet NYC childcare licensing requirements
