At Shanklin Day Nursery, you’ll not only lead our Preschool team but also play a key role in shaping the future of our nursery as part of the management team. Salary: Full-time from £30,000 per year, dependent on experience and qualifications (to be discussed at interview).

• Lead the Preschool room, guiding a team of practitioners
• Plan and deliver rich learning opportunities that support children’s individual needs, confidene and school readiness
• Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment
• Build strong partnerships with families to ensure every child thrives
• Support the Manager with operational duties, compliance, and quality assurance
• Mentor and inspire colleagues, modelling best practice
