JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Implement age-appropriate teaching, learning, and caregiving activities that align with relevant curriculum frameworks.
• Assess children’s learning needs through regular observations and evaluations.
• Design and lead engaging activities that support the curriculum and pedagogical strategies.
• Apply effective classroom management techniques to foster a positive and supportive learning environment.
• Enhance the learning space with materials and resources that promote developmental growth.
• Adhere to health, safety, nutrition, and hygiene standards as per established protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of children’s learning progress and developmental milestones.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A minimum qualification of a Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education, or a comparable qualification.
• Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Familiarity with Singapore’s preschool education system and guidelines is a plus.EDCA (L2) certification or a Mother Tongue Language Certificate is required.
