We are currently hiring for the position of On-Call/Substitute Teacher at our three locations in the NW.
The successful applicant shall have a strong understanding of small children, be outgoing, energetic, punctual and professional.

Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Taking responsibility for the safety, needs, and well-being of each child
• Working with a team
• Ensuring that daily routines are followed and completed in a timely fashion
• Ensuring compliance with current Provincial legislation applying to preschools
• Skills and qualifications:
• A minimum of a Child Development Assistant Certification (Level I)
• First Aid / CPR Certificate Security Clearance (including vulnerable sector search) by the Calgary Police Service.
• Experience working with children in a preschool setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and well-developed problem-solving abilities

Salary will be commensurate with education/experience. Starting wage $21.89 per hour plus Vacation pay and Government wage top-up
