JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Lead Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in curriculum development and classroom management, with the ability to educate and inspire students in a private school setting. This role is essential for fostering a positive learning environment, particularly for Preschool, Pre-K, or Kindergarten students.

REQUIREMENTS

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field preferred.
• Experience in teaching within a school setting is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with students and parents.
• Knowledge of curriculum development and experience in implementing effective teaching strategies.
• Familiarity with teaching and managing classroom behavior effectively.
• Experience working with preschool-kindergarten aged children.
