• Manage day-to-day operations of the preschool, ensuring compliance with ECDA regulations.
• Lead and oversee the teaching and administrative teams, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Design and implement curriculum plans that foster holistic child development.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with parents and the community through effective communication and engagement.
• Oversee administrative tasks, such as budgeting, resource planning, and reporting.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Diploma in Pre-school Education – Leadership (DPL).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in early childhood education, including leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of ECDA regulations and EYDF guidelines.
