Position: Preschool Program Coordinator Reports to: Director of Childcare                                                                                 Position type: Non-exempt, Full-Time Position Summary:                                                                                                       Serve as a "Mission Architect," for Preschool ensuring that the daily logistical operations create a safe, excellent, and Christ-centered environment where spiritual and academic flourishing can occur. Preschool is a ministry of FB Concord with a vision of inspiring students and families to follow Jesus. QUALITIES + QUALIFICATIONS Uphold Biblical priorities through a growing personal relationship with Jesus. Become an active member of FB Concord or be an active member of a local like-minded bible teaching church. Develop personal evangelism opportunities within & outside the church & school. Encompass the qualities and characteristics of Concord staff members as outlined in our Staff Values and Statement of Faith. Per TN Licensing Requirements be at least 21 years of age. Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Development or related field – preferred. 3+ Year experience in ECE setting or high-level administrative coordination. Strong proficiency in Google suite, ProCare, Canva or other organizational systems. Per TN Licensing provide a medical fitness statement signed by a licensed physician within 10 days of start. 1stAid/CPR certification preferred – able to obtain upon hire.               RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the daily master schedule, ensuring 100% state compliance. Oversee floater staff and substitute assignments to maintain seamless classroom transitions. Lead staff prayer huddles; ensure biblical themes are explicitly integrated into all school-wide events and classroom resource materials. Work with Admin team to create and maintain weekly enrichment, lunch and playground schedules for each classroom. Develop seasonal and monthly calendars of special events (ie., holiday celebrations, theme days, community visitors, graduations, seasonal programs and other school-wide events). Assist with onboarding “floater” staff, provide coaching and feedback through quarterly classroom observations focused on both professional quality and Christ-like character. Oversee the Preschool Resource Room, Toy Room and laundry area. Manage inventory with stewardship, ensuring teachers have the tools to succeed. Understand & comply with all TN Early Childhood Licensing Requirements – including ongoing trainings. Understand and comply all CCP requirements & best practices as outlined in the Preschool Operations Manual – including trainings, staff meetings & events. Work to ensure that confidentiality is maintained by faculty and staff as it pertains to student discipline, academic struggles or staff issues.  Assist Director with additional duties as assigned or required. Working Conditions: Typically, a 5-day a week classroom schedule. Work includes but is not limited to walking, standing, walking up and down stairs, squatting, bending, carrying items up to 45lbs, getting up and down off the floor. Time will be spent both indoors and outdoors, in both quiet and lively spaces.
