What You’ll Do

  • Travel to franchisee sites—both in CA and out of state—for extended hands-on support
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, Title 22 licensing, and NAEYC accreditation
  • Support Directors and franchise owners in center operations, retention, and compliance with state regulations and best practices
  • Champion a nurturing, quality-driven environment for children, parents, and staff

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of leadership experience in preschool (working with infants to 6yrs old) as a Center Director or Regional Director/Preschool Regional Manager
  • Proven upper-admin experience within a franchise-based child care system
  • Deep knowledge of Title 22 regulations and the NAEYC accreditation process
  • Bonus points if you’re familiar with licensing requirements across multiple states (e.g., TX, WA, AZ, TN, NY, NJ, VA)
  • A track record of success in preschool sales, enrollment management, staff training, and retention strategies
  • An Associate’s Degree in Child Development, OR
  • 12+ post-secondary ECE or Child Development units (must include 3+ administration units)
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and customer service skills
