What You’ll Do
- Travel to franchisee sites—both in CA and out of state—for extended hands-on support
- Ensure compliance with company policies, Title 22 licensing, and NAEYC accreditation
- Support Directors and franchise owners in center operations, retention, and compliance with state regulations and best practices
- Champion a nurturing, quality-driven environment for children, parents, and staff
What You Bring
- 3+ years of leadership experience in preschool (working with infants to 6yrs old) as a Center Director or Regional Director/Preschool Regional Manager
- Proven upper-admin experience within a franchise-based child care system
- Deep knowledge of Title 22 regulations and the NAEYC accreditation process
- Bonus points if you’re familiar with licensing requirements across multiple states (e.g., TX, WA, AZ, TN, NY, NJ, VA)
- A track record of success in preschool sales, enrollment management, staff training, and retention strategies
- An Associate’s Degree in Child Development, OR
- 12+ post-secondary ECE or Child Development units (must include 3+ administration units)
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and customer service skills
