EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Educational Studies, Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or creative disciplines required
• 3-5 years of teaching experience with preschoolers (3-5 years) required
• Current Pennsylvania instructional authorization or private academic credentials required
• Valid Pennsylvania protective clearances (FBI, State Police, Child Welfare) required

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Demonstrated creativity and innovation with young learners required
• Proven curriculum development and lesson planning abilities required
• Experience with hands-on, experiential learning approaches required

MUST HAVE CREATIVE CAPABILITIES:

• Knowledge of AI tools for curriculum design and learning evaluation
• Emotional intelligence working with diverse young creators and families
• Resilience for dynamic, discovery-rich educational environments
• Multi-tasking skills in creative, hands-on learning situations
