Focus on what you do best: bringing learning to life for your students Required qualifications High school diploma Ability to work collaboratively with classroom faculty and school leadership Ability to meet the physical demands of an active classroom environment Preferred qualifications (not required) Associate’s degree, two years of college, or 2 years of relevant experience EEC Teacher certification CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain it within 90 days of hire Professional expectations Follow all school policies and all applicable local, state, and national regulations related to the health, safety, and care of children Maintain a professional appearance consistent with school expectations Complete required EEC professional development annually Complete required Primrose training within established timelines At Primrose, teachers are not left to figure everything out on their own.
