Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development. - Create a safe and nurturing classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. - Assess and monitor children's progress and provide feedback to parents and guardians. - Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and share best practices. - Organize and participate in activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development. - Maintain a clean and organized classroom, ensuring all materials are safe and accessible.
