Mini Bambini European Schoolhouse is a Russian immersion preschool dedicated to nurturing young children in a language-rich, supportive, and stimulating environment. Our unique home-based setting emphasizes early childhood education with a low teacher-to-child ratio (1:6), allowing for personalized attention and a close-knit learning experience. We are seeking a passionate, energetic, and creative English-speaking Preschool Teacher to join our team and guide children aged 3–5 on their early learning journey.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience working with preschool-aged children in daycare, private school, or educational settings is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
  • Strong understanding of child development principles, early literacy techniques, and behavior management strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team while also demonstrating initiative and independent problem-solving.
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive and safe learning environment for all children, including those requiring special education services.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that promotes language development, literacy, math, physical education, and kindergarten readiness.
  • Create engaging lesson plans using a variety of teaching methods, including Montessori approaches and early intervention strategies.
  • Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through creative play, structured activities, and group exercises.
  • Manage classroom dynamics and support positive behavior management techniques.
  • Assess children’s progress, maintain records of attendance, developmental milestones, and provide feedback to parents on their child’s growth.
  • Support hygiene routines, including handwashing and bathroom practices, and assist with preparing and serving nutritious snacks and meals.
  • Collaborate with fellow teachers and special education professionals to accommodate children with diverse learning needs.
  • Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child’s progress, achievements, and any concerns related to child welfare.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
