Description We are seeking a passionate and dedicated i Preschool Teacher to join our team. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the developmental needs of the children. Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Manage classroom activities effectively, ensuring all children are engaged and participating. Provide care for students, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met throughout the day. Incorporate physical education into daily activities to promote healthy habits and motor skills development. Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents on their development. Collaborate with other educators and staff to create a cohesive educational experience for all students. Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness to provide a conducive learning environment. Adapt teaching methods to accommodate children with special education needs as required. Instill a love for Christ, and weave Catholic teachings into lesson plans and daily activities. Knowledge and ability to help with potty training. Requirements CDA or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. Montessori certification or experience preferred. Experience working with young children in a preschool or daycare setting is essential. Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices. Ability to create lesson plans that align with educational standards while being engaging for young learners. Excellent classroom management skills to maintain an orderly learning environment. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
