Pay: $22 - $27 per hour Age Group: Toddlers/ 2 year olds Schedule: Monday to Friday Full Time Role and Responsibilities Curriculum & Lesson Implementation Implement age-appropriate curriculum aligned with developmental milestones. Incorporate sensory play, music and movement, language development, and hands-on learning. Facilitate both structured and unstructured play experiences. Observe and adapt activities based on individual child needs and interests. Developmental Support Support toddlers’ language acquisition, emotional expression, gross and fine motor development, and independence. Guide and model appropriate behavior and social interactions. Encourage self-help skills (feeding, dressing, toileting, hand washing). Communication Build trusting relationships with children and families. Provide daily verbal or written updates on each child’s day (eating, sleeping, toileting, activities). Communicate developmental observations and concerns to parents and leadership team. Classroom Management Maintain an organized, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Ensure toys and learning materials are rotated and sanitized regularly. Qualifications: 1 year of professional teaching experience preferred. At least six months of professional teaching experience required Associates degree in Early childhood or Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree preferred along with a study plan for obtaining early childcare certification. Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP). CPR and First Aide certification preferred Must meet state specific guidelines for the role
Responsibilities
