Description Are you passionate about early childhood education and helping young children learn, grow, and thrive? We are seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team in our three-year-old classroom. Requirements About the Role As a teacher in our three-year-old classroom, you will: Create a nurturing, engaging, and safe learning environment. Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities that encourage curiosity, creativity, and social-emotional growth. Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Support each child’s individual needs while promoting group learning experiences. Maintain a classroom that reflects joy, exploration, and respect for every child. Qualifications DCF 45 hours and preemployment classes required. CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field) preferred. Previous experience working with preschool-aged children. Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills. A genuine love for teaching and inspiring young learners.
