Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic full and part-time Preschool Teachers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for young children. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development. - Create a safe and nurturing classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. - Assess and monitor children's progress and provide feedback to parents and guardians. - Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and share best practices. - Organize and participate in activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development. - Maintain a clean and organized classroom, ensuring all materials are safe and accessible. Skills and Qualifications: - CDA, associate or bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field preferred. - Previous experience working with preschool-aged children. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for teaching young children. - Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
