We are seeking a highly motivated Prescription Assistance Program (PAP) Specialist to join our team. As a PAP Specialist, you will assist patients in obtaining prescription medications through various assistance programs. You will work closely with healthcare providers, insurance companies and pharmaceutical companies to ensure patients receive the needed medications. Your role will be critical in helping patients manage their health conditions and improve their quality of life. Minimum Qualifications: * 2+ years of experience in healthcare or social services * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Excellent organizational and time management skills Preferred Qualifications: * Experience working with prescription assistance programs * Knowledge of insurance and pharmaceutical industries * Bilingual in English and Spanish Responsibilities: * Assist patients in obtaining prescription medications through various assistance programs * Collaborate with healthcare providers, insurance companies and pharmaceutical companies to ensure patients receive the medications they need * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information and medication assistance programs * Provide education and support to patients regarding their medications and health conditions * Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and program efficiency Skills: As a PAP Specialist, you will utilize your strong communication and interpersonal skills to work closely with patients, healthcare providers, insurance companies and pharmaceutical companies.
