Role Summary We are looking for a Presentation Designer to join our growing team in Amman. A Presentation Designer will support in creating visually engaging and effective presentations for a variety of audiences, both internal and external. This role combines graphic design skills with an understanding of storytelling and communication to ensure that complex information is presented clearly and persuasively. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Designing and Developing Presentations: Create custom PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides presentations, templates, and visual content that align with brand guidelines and project objectives. Visual Storytelling: Collaborate with project teams or clients to refine the narrative, flow, and design of presentations, ensuring complex ideas are communicated in a clear and compelling way. Graphic and Data Visualization: Utilize graphic design tools to develop themed slide templates, infographics, charts, and data visualizations that enhance the message. Client Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure the presentation effectively delivers the intended message. Maintaining Consistency: Ensure all slides maintain a consistent, professional style, including typography, colour schemes, and visual hierarchy. Adaptability: Produce high-quality work in fast-paced environments, often under tight deadlines. Requirements Design Proficiency: Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), PowerPoint, Keynote, and other presentation tools. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to visual details, including layout, fonts, and color usage. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members. Creativity and Critical Thinking: Ability to integrate marketing strategy and creative concepts into presentations Time Management: Capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Education: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field is often preferred. Experience: Previous experience in graphic design, marketing, or a similar creative role is highly valued. Years of experience: 2+ years of relevant experience.
