ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY:
ICC Sydney are looking for a Presentation Services Supervisor to motivate and lead a team of cleaners, responsible for the overall presentation of our state-of-the-art buildings.
You will ensure that the cleanliness, hygiene and workplace health and safety standards are met to the highest standard. In this role you will also monitor our operating equipment, respond, and report any unsafe work conditions, faults, and repairs.
Please note that this is a full time overnight position working from 11:00pm to 7:00am.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
As a talented people leader, you will bring a breadth of experience in machinery cleaning and waste management operations, including the planning of periodic cleaning, asset management, and auditing ideally within a large-scale venue setting a world-class cleaning standard.
You will be highly organized, resourceful and have a hands-on approach to the training and development, and supervisory of your team members.
To succeed, you will have a ‘can do’ attitude without compromising safety, be resilient with strong customer service and communication skills and be able to establish good working relationships.
