This role offers the opportunity to manage a wide range of slide materials, focusing on data updates and charting, while ensuring adherence to financial regulations. The successful candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders to create new and update existing materials, making sure all efforts are scalable for use across European markets. Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As a Presentations Specialist, your role will be pivotal in maintaining the company’s brand identity through the creation and management of engaging presentations. You will be working closely with various teams to ensure that all content is up-to-date and adheres to financial regulations. Your ability to work with investment-related data will be crucial in creating customised presentations for client meetings, events, and webinars. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with external vendors on implementing artistic services or design solutions.

  • Maintain a library of presentations within the content management tool.
  • Execute regular content and data updates in compliance with financial regulations.
  • Collaborate with communications, marketing, and other teams to define, plan, and coordinate content, design, and presentation solutions.
  • Work with a wide range of investment-related data.
  • Create customised presentations for client meetings, events and webinars.
  • Maintain design standards and brand identity.
  • Comply with policies regarding electronic media.
  • Collaborate with external vendors on implementing artistic services or design solutions.
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
