PRESIDENT

Location: Greater Cincinnati Metropolitan Area (with multi-site responsibility)
Salary: Competitive Executive Package + Bonus + LTIP
An established, international manufacturing group is seeking a commercially minded President to lead its North American operations. With full P&L accountability, this role will drive growth, operational excellence, and strategic development across manufacturing facilities.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES/EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a manufacturing environment, ideally with international exposure
  • Strong commercial focus, with a track record of growing revenue and launching new products or services
  • Experienced in leading multi-site teams and managing cross-functional direct reports
  • Financially astute, with solid understanding of P&L and business drivers
  • Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach to delivery

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
