ROLE AND OPPORTUNITY DESCRIPTION

ORA Graphene is looking for a seasoned tech-savvy executive to lead the next steps of its growth. As the Chief Executive Officer of ORA Graphene, you will be responsible for the overall operations of the business, revenue generation, coordination and development of the executive team, investor relationships and fundraising, and more importantly the scaling of a high caliber organization.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Set and execute the company strategy, ensuring alignment with both short-term and long-term objectives.
  • Oversee operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and align with the overall strategy and mission.
  • Drive revenue growth through product sales, strategic partnerships, and new market penetration in the audio consumer electronics sector.
  • Lead go-to-market planning, pricing strategies, and customer acquisition initiatives to strengthen market presence and brand recognition.
  • Manage revenue, expenses, and external financing to maintain consistent business growth.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the executive team to deliver on commercial, operational, and technical goals.
  • Interface with the board and investors, communicating effectively with all stakeholders.
  • Maintain a positive, ethical work climate that attracts, retains, and motivates a diverse group of top-quality employees at all levels.
