DESCRIPTION DU RÔLE

Nous recherchons un(e) Président(e) Directeur(trice) Général(e) en résidence (PDG) en résidence, motivé(e) et visionnaire, possédant une expertise dans les produits audio matériels et l’intelligence artificielle. Ce rôle concerne une nouvelle entreprise axée sur les systèmes audio matériels intégrant l’IA. Vous collaborerez étroitement avec l’équipe de TandemLaunch afin de stimuler la validation du marché, la stratégie produit, le recrutement de l’équipe initiale et la levée de fonds. Votre mission sera de transformer des technologies prometteuses en une entreprise à forte croissance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Expérience préalable en tant que PDG dans des organisations soutenues par du capital-risque, avec une solide compréhension du cycle de vie d’une startup ;
• Compréhension approfondie des industries de l’audio, de l’électronique grand public ou du matériel propulsé par l’IA ;
• Capacité à définir et exécuter une vision stratégique et une feuille de route technologique ;
• Expérience en levée de fonds, relations avec les investisseurs et mise à l’échelle de jeunes entreprises ;
• Profil orienté ventes, avec des réalisations démontrées dans la croissance d’organisations de zéro à plusieurs dizaines de millions en revenus ;
• Connaissances approfondies en gouvernance d’entreprise, finance et principes de gestion de la performance, ainsi que familiarité avec diverses fonctions comme le marketing, les ventes, la finance, les RH, etc. ;
• Compétences inspirantes en leadership et communication, énergie entrepreneuriale, proactivité pratique et excellente capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches efficacement.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior CEO experience in VC-backed organizations with a deep understanding of a startup lifecycle;
• Deep understanding of the audio, consumer electronics, or AI-driven hardware industries;
• Ability to define and execute a strategic vision and technology roadmap;
• Experience with fundraising, investor relations, and scaling early-stage ventures;
• Sales driven candidates, with proved accomplishments in scaling organizations from zero to tens of millions in revenue;
• In-depth knowledge of corporate governance, finance and performance management principles and familiarity with variouss business functions such as marketing, sales, finance, HR, etc.;
• Inspiring leadership & communication skills, entrepreneurial energy, hands-on pro-activeness, and efficient multi-tasking;

ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a motivated and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in Residence with expertise in audio hardware products and artificial intelligence. This role is for a new venture focused on AI-enabled audio hardware systems. You will collaborate closely with TandemLaunch’s team to drive market validation, product strategy, early team recruitment, and fundraising. Your mission will be to transform promising technologies into a high-growth venture.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set and develop the company strategy ensuring its alignment with short-term and long-term objectives;
• Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission;
• Manage revenue, expenses and external financing to maintain the consistent growth of the business;
• Lead, motivate and manage the executive team;
• Interface with the board and/or investors, communicating effectively with all stakeholders;
• Maintain a positive and ethical work climate, conducive to attracting, retaining and motivating a diverse group of top-quality employees at all levels;
• Establish and maintain the corporate culture.
