OVERVIEW

Once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for an entrepreneurial title agent with tremendous career growth potential. Establish and lead a new title company - a joint venture with Homeshake, a fast-growing and expanding real estate technology company.
You must have experience taking a residential transaction from start to finish. Initially, you will be the sole employee of the new title company. As volume increases, you will build and manage a growing team.
You may bring existing title business and referral relationships, which will initially result in increased bonus compensation. Over time, as priorities shift, bonuses may be tied to different performance targets.
A strong candidate is a self-starter with superior customer service, organization, and communication skills. You should also have experience running a title company, including compliance, accounting, and maintaining underwriter relationships. This experience is preferred, but not required.
You must be willing to embrace new technologies and challenge the status quo. You will help Homeshake implement new title and closing processes and standards intended to deliver a five-star customer experience.
Compensation includes salary with bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits.
