Responsibilities: Provide overall strategic leadership and direction for all restaurant operations Oversee financial performance including budgeting, P&L management, and revenue growth Lead, mentor, and develop management and staff teams to ensure exceptional service standards Build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and community partners Drive marketing, branding, and customer engagement initiatives Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food service regulations Identify opportunities for operational improvements and business expansion Requirements: Proven experience in senior restaurant or hospitality management leadership Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L statements Excellent communication, team-building, and organizational skills Deep understanding of food service operations, quality standards, and guest experience Experience with staff recruitment, training, and performance management Knowledge of local health codes, food safety regulations, and compliance requirements Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for the restaurant industry About Us: Dematteos Restaurant Inc has been a cornerstone of the Rome, NY dining community, known for delivering warm hospitality and memorable dining experiences.
