Job Description Ensure paper or raw materials (inks, glues, etc.) are loaded into feeders, hoppers, bins, etc. to supply a constant flow of materials while the equipment is running Make adjustments to equipment such as feeder mechanism based on the size of the paper Deliver equipment components such as plates or spray heads to the equipment for installation Recycle old/discarded plates Provide basic assistance as needed to make-ready the equipment for operation Assist with retrieving plates, hanging plates and recylcling/storing plates and other tasks associated with make-ready of the plates Responsible for training and supporting new and existing team members. Qualifications Requires basic knowledge of presswork procedures and materials learned through on the job training Ability to follow instructions to assist in press set up, operation and maintenance Able to operate hand carts, pallet jacks, stackers, and hydraulic feed mechanisms Additional Information RRD's current salary range for this role is $19.30 to $25.20/hour. The salary range may be adjusted based on the applicable geographic location of the hired employee, and the range may change in the future. At RRD, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions may vary based upon, but not limited to education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. Depending on the role, in addition to base salary, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
