Requirements Why You’ll Like Working at Equipto Stable company with over 100 years in business Clean, safety-focused manufacturing environment Supportive team culture built on respect and teamwork Ongoing training and opportunities for continued learning Strong belief in internal growth and promotion Consistent 1st shift schedule (Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) What You’ll Do As a 2nd Shift Press Brake Operator, your responsibilities will include: Setting up and operating press brake machines according to established procedures and safety guidelines Verifying correct materials, tooling, and programs are used based on work orders Producing quality parts while meeting production and quality standards Performing basic preventative maintenance, housekeeping, and organization of your assigned work area Working collaboratively with team members to support production goals What We’re Looking For Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures Attention to detail and commitment to quality Prior press brake or machine operating experience is preferred, but entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply — training is available Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
