OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator/Fabricator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating press brake machines and other fabricating machines such as rollers, punches and drill press and possess a comprehensive understanding of various machining processes. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience operating press brake machines in a manufacturing setting is essential.
• Familiarity with CNC programming, electrical discharge machining, plasma cutting, stamping presses, and CNC lathes is highly desirable.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and tooling for fabrication tasks.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations related to measurements and material requirements.
• Experience with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) is a plus.
• Previous experience in quality inspection processes is beneficial.

• Operate press brake machines to bend, form, and shape metal sheets according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate production.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers for quality inspection.
• Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet required standards.
• Maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
• Assist in the fabrication of components using various tools and machinery, including CNC laser cutting, CNC milling machines, and welding equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
