Description The Press Brake Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining brake press machines to bend, form, and fabricate metal components according to specifications. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and form metal parts per work orders and blueprints. Select appropriate tooling and ensure proper machine calibration for each job. Inspect finished parts for accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure optimal performance. Requirements Minimum 1 year experience operating brake press machines in a manufacturing or fabrication environment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of safety procedures and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Ability to lift up to 75# and stand for extended periods.
