Description: Set up and operate powered brake machines to bend, form or straighten metal plate, as specified by work order, blueprints, drawing, templates, or layout. What winning looks like: Be dependable based on agreed upon schedule. All absences are pre-planned or excused. Manufacture and fabricate finished metal products. Follow blueprints to meet product specifications. Calculate material measurements to verify specifications. Compensation: Competitive and negotiable based on skill and experience. Knowledge of bend deductions/allowances and an expansive knowledge of tooling is a must. Familiarity with engineering/mechanical blueprints and schematics. Ability to handle physical workload. Must know how to read tape measures and calipers.
