If you’re looking for a career to grow and excel, apply now! Who we are looking for: We are seeking an experienced and reliable CNC Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team. This position is not entry-level — previous press brake setup and operation experience is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of metal forming, blueprints, and precision manufacturing. In this role, you will operate a Cincinnati Press Brake to perform accurate bending operations, ensuring parts meet all required specifications and quality standards. You will be responsible for machine setup, adjustments, and quality inspections to maintain consistent production flow and precision. We are looking for someone who can: Operate a Cincinnati Press Brake to perform bending and forming operations according to blueprints and work orders. Set up and adjust bend programs, tooling, and back gauges to maintain part accuracy and tight tolerances. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and bills of materials to ensure proper setup and production. Inspect finished parts to confirm specifications, dimensions, and quality standards. Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Perform routine maintenance and equipment checks to ensure optimal performance. Receive, sort, and organize raw materials, parts, and tooling. Accurately complete documentation, work orders, and inspection reports. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards Support other production tasks and departments as needed Perform additional duties as assigned Physical Demands: Lift, carry, push, and/or pull 1-50 lbs. frequently Squat/kneel, bend/stoop, crawl, twist/turn, grasp, and reach overhead and outward frequently Sit, stand, and walk for 1-10 hours per day Work in a fast-paced industrial environment wearing hearing protection, eye protection, steel-toed shoes, and other appropriate protective clothing Required Experience: CNC Press Brake: 2 years Machining: 2 years Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) Matching Dental Insurance Health Insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance
