Are you a skilled Press Brake Operator looking for a new opportunity to showcase your expertise? ZZen Engineering Ltd, based in Burnley, is seeking an experienced CNC Press Brake Operator to join our dynamic folding division. In this permanent role, you will have the opportunity to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the production of a diverse range of products used across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Programming and operating an Amada CNC HFEMKII press brake
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings, with a strong understanding of tool changes
- Working to precise tolerances with thin gauge materials
- Handling both bulk production runs and bespoke one-off projects
- Folding various materials including stainless steel, mild steel, aluminum, and galvanised steel
- Contributing to quality control, ensuring all products meet specifications and standards
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a CNC press brake operator
- Proficient in programming CNC press brakes
- Strong understanding of technical drawings
- Ability to work with light to medium gauge materials
- Excellent attention to detail and quality assurance capability
- A proactive team player with strong communication skills
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing production requirements

With an immediate start, this is a full time role 08.00 to 16.30 Monday to Thursday, and 08.00 to 14.00 on Fridays.
