Description

Due to our continued growth and expansion, we have positions available in our workshop.
We have position(s) available for an immediate start for an experienced Press Brake Operator.
The successful candidate(s) will be required to work in our workshop in Glasgow.

Duties:

  • Operating a MORGAN RUSHWORTH CNC press Brake with ESA Controller and ESA software.
  • Previous experience with this machine is desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to read and understand Engineering Drawings
  • Generating set-ups and programs for production, working with various thickness of materials up to 10mm and utilising various tolerances.
  • Comfortable with manipulating bend angles, back gauge settings etc to generate parts within tolerance.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Perform general housekeeping on machine and basic maintenance e.g. maintaining oil levels etc
  • Ability to work safely in busy fabrication environment.
  • Training in other aspects of the workshop process (CNC Plasma Machine) will be given to candidates demonstrating a willingness to learn

Salary: DOE - to be confirmed
Hours - 44hr week
Monday-Thursday 7am-4:30pm Friday 7am - 3:30pm
