Requirements Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift materials, and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced setting. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as part of regular job duties. Reliability: Punctuality and consistent attendance are essential for maintaining production schedules. Experience: 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. Basic Math Skills: Ability to perform fractions, unit conversions, and measurements for accurate production calculations. Work Environment: Comfortable working in noisy environments and variable conditions.
