KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for the day to day operation and maintenance of the Shinohara press. Inspects its printed sheets. Minor mechanical adjustments as necessary. Set-up for other shifts. Color to color registration and color matching. Meets production quality goals and waste goals. Maintains its cleanliness and operation. Ensure accuracy of printed material coming from the press. EXPERIENCE Participates in and/or leads design discussions with business and functional team Above average mechanical reasoning skills needed Must have attention to detail ability to be a team player good communication skills and a self-starter Responsible for supplying technical direction based on an understanding of those business needs Has ability to design and implement simple solutions to highly complex business challenges COMMUNICATION AND CONTACTS Internal contacts only. Qualifications Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand, kneel, bend and walk for 8 - 10 hours a day. Must be able to lift 35 lbs regularly and 50 lbs on occasion. Must wear hearing protection on the production floor at all times. Education H.S. Diploma or GED equivalent.
