About the Position: As a Production Operator, you will play a vital role in the production, inspection and packaging of every great product that leaves our facility. You will make retail storage and janitorial products that you and your neighbors rely on every day. Available Shifts: Days: 6am – 6pm Nights: 6pm – 6am Duties & Expectations on the Job: Run a safe, clean operation which promotes zero accidents. Lift and remove parts from conveyor line. Maintain product specifications and packing according to customer requests. Trim, assemble and pack parts. Supply the lines and packing/stage areas with required materials. Rotate presses every 3 to 4 hours. Work all scheduled shifts. Other duties and special projects as assigned by Management. What you will enjoy: Compensation: Earn up to $21.00 per hour with perfect attendance. Additional: $0.75 shift differential for night shift: 7pm to 7am $500 referral bonus, so bring your friends along. Requirements Who you are: At least 18 years of age. Manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required. Experience working in a non-climate controlled work environment Able to stand for extended periods of time, bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 40 lbs. and up to 80 lbs. team lift.
