SUMMARY The Press Operator is responsible for set up and operations of a variety of hydraulic presses, lathes and other equipment to produce drawn and/or forged products to specification. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS * Medical, Dental, Vision * Company Paid Life Insurance * 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan * Paid Time Off (PTO) * Paid Holidays * Tuition Reimbursement* WHAT YOU WILL DO * Operate Double acting presses and hydraulic presses. * Operate manual and CNC lathes * Operate belt and disc sanders * Operate Die sets * Apply specialized Lubrication * Operate part washers, vibratory machines and other cleaning equipment * Familiarize with precision measuring hand tools. * Keep work area clean and free of safety hazards * Operate forklift to load, unload and move tooling and material. * Other duties as assigned WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR * High school graduate or equivalent in work experience. * Mechanical aptitude, math skills * Able to follow verbal and written instructions * Constant standing/walking/sitting for at least 10 hours. * Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 50 lbs, minimum 35 lbs. * Prolonged periods of repetitive movement are required. * Constant holding, grasping, turning, or otherwise working with the hand(s).
