Now Hiring: Press Operator – Third Shift Broken Arrow Location – 1300 E Fort Worth St Shift Hours: 12 AM - 8 AM About the Role Da/Pro Rubber is seeking a Press Operator to join our production team at our Broken Arrow facility. In this role, you'll operate press machines used to mold, shape, and form rubber components according to detailed specifications. This is a full-time, day shift opportunity with a stable and growing company. ---------------------------------------- Key Responsibilities Under the supervision of the Production Supervisor and/or Press Lead, you will: * Cut and load rubber compounds into molds * Monitor the press operation and watch the gauges for signs of malfunction * Operate press equipment and safely remove molded parts * Inspect parts and notify supervisors of defects or issues * Provide sample parts to Quality Inspectors * Clean molds and press equipment using the provided tools * Maintain a clean and safe work area * Wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times * Perform other duties as assigned ---------------------------------------- Job Requirements * Ability to understand and communicate in English * Basic math and counting skills * Ability to enter data and record information accurately * Capable of using hand tools safely and effectively * Willingness to follow safety protocols and instructions ---------------------------------------- Physical Requirements * Occasionally: Reach above shoulders and lift/carry up to 50 lbs * Frequently: Lift with arms extended, count, communicate * Constantly: Stand, reach outward, use hands, flex wrists, and elbows * Other: Good near vision, tactile sensitivity, and tolerance to varying temperatures (non-climate-controlled environment) ---------------------------------------- Pre-Employment Requirements ✔ Pre-employment drug screening ✔ Participation in E-Verify ---------------------------------------- Equal Employment Opportunity Statement Da/Pro Rubber is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
