Position: Experienced Press Operator (Night Shift)
Location: Thunder Tool & Manufacturing Ltd, 975 Martin Grove Rd, Etobicoke, ON M9W 4V6
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
Shift: 11:00pm to 7:20am Sundays to Thursday, Overtime as required
Pay: CA$23 - CA$35 per hour (Based on experience and supervisor potential)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are currently seeking an experienced Press Operator to join our team. This is a night shift position with potential supervisory responsibilities and duties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production teams, ensuring quality standards are met, and optimizing production processes. This role requires strong leadership skills, a focus on safety, and the ability to drive continuous improvement within the production environment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
· Minimum 3 year of experience in setting up and operating progressive tools/presses (Preferred)
· Minimum 1 year of experience setting up and operating transfer presses (Preferred)
· Previous leadership or supervisory experience is considered an asset
· Ability to work independently and take initiative

· Ability to setup and run Progressive Tools/Dies in a stamping press from start to finish in a safe manner (plus Transfer Tool experience preferred)
· Able to trouble-shoot and correct stamping processes issues to maximize run efficiencies
· Accountable for part quality being run into appropriate bins
· Fill in required quality and production documents
· Maintain orderly workspace
· Follow all company policies and Health & Safety rules
· Other safe reasonable tasks as requested
