We are currently hiring a Press Shop Operator to join our afternoon shift team. This role involves operating and setting up equipment such as the brake press and horizontal band saw in a busy, safety-first fabrication shop. You’ll work with high-grade material, follow blueprints, and help produce quality metal components that support major industrial projects.
Pay: $24.00–$27.00 per hour + 12% shift premium
Schedule: Monday to Wednesday, 4:30 PM – 5:00 AM
Hours: Work 36 hours per week

• Operate and set up press shop equipment, including:
• Horizontal band saw
• Brake press
• Read and follow basic blueprints and work instructions
• Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and finish metal parts
• Perform routine machine inspections and basic maintenance
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
• Adhere to all safety protocols and shop procedures
