SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Proven experience as a Transaction Manager in the automotive sector, preferably with a focus in the used car market.
• Strong understanding of vehicle sales processes and customer relationship management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with a diverse clientele.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and drive departmental success.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to inform strategies.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in using automotive sales software and tools.
