ROLE
Reporting to the Director of Workforce Development, the Prevailing Wage Coordinator will work hands‑on for projects in the United States and Canada with Prevailing Wage and Apprenticeship (PW&A) requirements, including those tied to U.S. public works, Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) incentives, and Canadian Clean Energy Act programs. The Prevailing Wage Coordinator will participate in and guide the prevailing wage compliance from initial pursuit (estimate and bid) through closeout of the project. They will assist in the creation and approval of policies, personally review hours (both internal and subcontractor), certified payroll reports and manage the CPR submission process to designated platforms to ensure contractual compliance.
